Real World NFTs
A Real World NFT is a digital certificate linked to something real: a share of revenue, a physical item, an event ticket or a perk. Whoever holds it gets the benefit.
What it is
A certificate for something real
A Real World NFT is a digital deed. A house deed proves you own a house. This proves you own something real, like a share of a song’s income, a VIP membership or a signed vinyl kept in a vault. Anyone can check it on the blockchain.
Sell the NFT and everything that comes with it goes to the buyer. No paperwork, no shipping.

Four ways to own something real
How they work
From real asset to NFT
Every Real World NFT follows the same four steps.
A creator or brand applies
They describe the asset and the value behind it, and upload proof to the Deal Room.
ARKHIVE checks it
Documents, ownership and terms are reviewed before anything goes on sale.
The NFT goes on sale
Buyers get the NFT in their wallet. The rules of the asset are written into it.
Hold, use or resell
Holders receive the benefit and can resell the NFT on the marketplace at any time.
An artist releases 100 NFTs, each linked to a signed vinyl kept in the ARKHIVE vault. You buy one.
Example for illustration. Once an item ships home, its NFT stops trading.
Why you can trust it
What stands behind every Real World NFT
- Signed agreements
- Revenue Shares are backed by a Revenue Distribution Agreement (RDA): a legal contract that sets what holders receive.
- Documents you can read
- Contracts and proof sit in the Deal Room of each offering.
- Holder-only benefits
- Only the wallet that holds the NFT can use what it unlocks.
- Public records
- Ownership and payouts are recorded on the Solana blockchain, so anyone can check them.
